These terms govern your use of My Fis Points (the "app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
My Fis Points is an independent, third-party app built to help athletes track their own FIS points and race results. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to the Fédération Internationale de Ski (FIS) or fis-ski.com in any way. "FIS" and related marks are the property of their respective owners.
My Fis Points lets you track alpine ski race results, view your FIS points average, import publicly available results from fis-ski.com, and view live race point projections. Projections and imported data are provided for informational purposes only and are not official scores, rankings, or results. Always refer to official FIS sources for anything requiring verified accuracy, such as qualification or ranking decisions.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your profile, including your FIS profile URL. You may not share your account or use it to access another athlete's data without authorization.
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to access other users' accounts or data, disrupting the service, or using the app for any unlawful purpose.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately import and display data from fis-ski.com, but we don't guarantee its completeness or accuracy, since it depends on a third-party source outside our control. Live race projections are estimates and may differ from official results.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Fis Points and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on projected points or imported race data.
You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
